While we waited for Kenzie to get her braces off Rylie, Saige and I were looking at the sea shells in the waiting room. Rylie and Saige were holding each shell to their ear to hear the ocean. After the excitement of listening to a few shells Rylie got a thoughtful look on her face...she looked up at me and asked...
"Mom, why can't I hear the kids playing on the beach?" " I can only hear the water"
-So cute!!!!!!

That's one profound little 5 year old. If ever I write a book I will use her as my inspiration. Take good notes, I will need them. ;)
