WHAT THE SPRING!!!!

Yesterday...

Yesterday...
TODAY!!!What is going on here?  Maybe I have lost track of time...Did I miss the spring and summer?  This last week I enjoyed days that reached 60 degrees!  Yesterday the girls played outside while Evan cut moulding for our house.  It was cold out but still sunny.  Isn't it March?  Like the end of March!  I don't know about you but I am ready for spring!!!!!

Oh, and yes, Rylie is chasing a turkey in that first pic.

Our little train station

Who knew that sidewalk chalk & a new bike could entertain for hours and hours.  My girls have always been completely thrilled by trains.  So, we got out the sidewalk chalk and colored our own city on the driveway.  We have train tracks, a train station, apple trees, flowers, stop signs and even a passenger on our driveway.  Rylie has played outside today for hours.  She rides her bike around and around while chanting "chuga chuga choo choo."  It will be a sad day when it rains and a great adventure to create the next city on the driveway.

Can you believe she is big enough to be riding a "big girl bike?"

One of those days...

Do you ever just have "one of those days?"  Lets just say that this is one of them for me.  In fact, I may even go so far as to say this has been one of those weeks.

Disney On Ice

All of the princesses under one roof!!

"Cinderella Rylie" and "Snow White Saige" had a great time on Friday afternoon as they watched the "real" princesses dance and sing their way across the ice.
There were hundreds of little girl princesses watching the show but these were the cutest by far!
Thanks to Grandma Ehat for her surprise "Grandma date" to see "Disney's Princesses on Ice!"

Rylie could hardly contain herself when we got home from the show and she got to tell Daddy all about it.  She loved the dragon from sleeping beauty and the fire that shot from his mouth.  And most of all, she LOVED the "real princesses."

Spider webs?

"Daddy!  You have spider webs in your nose!"

Apparently Evan has some very intricate nose hair.  Check it out next time you see him.  It seemed to intrigue Rylie anyway.
